QCAT / VCAT: Lessons from another jurisdiction.

The complexity of building disputes appears to be ever increasing, often resulting in correspondingly greater demands of legal practitioners, experts, members and registry staff.

Join the Deputy President of VCAT Catherine Aird and QCAT Senior Member Richard Oliver in a panel style discussion as they respond to topical questions posed by a moderator about how each Tribunal deals with issues in its jurisdiction, including case management and the administration of justice in a context of budget constraints.

Put simply: How do we get more bang for our buck? Are there lessons to be learned here in Queensland?

This Discussion Evening is a "must attend" for all legal and building practitioners and Tribunal Members working in QCAT and other tribunals.
