Mould in Building Disputes

Increasingly in building disputes, the allegation of the existence of mould and the consequences and damages that arise from discovering it within buildings is being raised. This has provided a storm of claims regarding the existence of mould without partiesproperly understanding what mould is, what it does or doesn’t do from a risk perspective, how to identify it and how to fix it.

The Building Dispute Practitioners Society is delighted to have Dr. Cameron Jones of Biological Health Services, present to members at the upcoming Discussion Evening on the topic of "Mould in Building Disputes".

Dr. Jones is a consultant on indoor air quality and environmental microbiology. He is the founding CEO of Biological Health Services, which is an environmental testing lab and consultancy. His professional expertise spans commercial and residential real estate and facilities services, expert witness, lab services in mycology/microbiology and indoor air quality, social group dynamics, environmental health consulting and a respect for integrative medicine, interests in biotech startups, and general service/product management.

Please note that this Discussion Evening may attract 1 CPD point.

Registrations will close at 4.00pm on 15 June 2018.
